Charlotte's Second Hair Cut!

The last time Charlotte had her hair cut was just before her 2nd birthday.  To make sure she looks her best for Uncle Evan's wedding next Saturday, we decided it was time for another trim.

Shelly took about an inch off the length and added in some cute layers.  What do you think?
